摘 要:介绍了国内外几种轻质油品脱硫醇技术。经比较得出:在汽油脱硫醇方面,美国UOP公司的无苛性碱工艺与石油大学的无碱Ⅱ型工艺大致相当,有各自的催经剂及助剂体系,均为较先进的工艺;石油大学的无碱Ⅰ型工艺与无碱Ⅱ型工艺两者流程及投资均大致相当,但前者催化剂活性高,寿命长,更适应于质量较差的原料。在煤油脱硫醇方面,在油质较好的条件下,几种氧化法(13X-Cu法、ZnO法及无苛性碱法)的产品质量均可满足要求。Both domestic and foreign technologies for thiol removal from light oils were introduced. It was obtained through comparison that for the thiol removal from gasoline, the caustic free technology of the American Company UOP is approximately matched for that Ⅱ-type non-caustic one of the Petroleum University of China.These are advanced technologies with their own serial catalysts and assistants. The process scheme and investment of the type non-caustic technology of Petroleum University were matched for those of the Ⅱ-type. But the catalyst of the former has higher activity and longer service life, being more suitable for inferior feedstocks. For the thiol removal from kerosene, the product qualities with oxidation methods(13X-Cu method, ZnO method and non-caustic method) can all reach the requirements when treating superior oils. But it has poor adaptability to feedstocks. The low pressure hydrotreating method has good adaptability to feedstocks and has moderate operating conditions. When the operating pressure is 0.7 MPa and the temperature is 40℃, the investment is equivalent to that of oxidation method. FOr the thiol removal from liquefied petroleum gases, the conventional extracting oxidation method is generally adopted. If the total sulfur content in LPG is strictly limited(total sulfur not exceeding 50 mg/m3) and that the conventioal method can not meet the requirement, deep desuifurizing process(such as desulfurizer process at ambient temperature) can be added at the downstream. This process is characterized by simple process scheme and convenient operation.
