摘　　要：描述了国产首套全自动刨煤机组控制系统在晓明矿的应用。系统采用可靠性高,传输距离远的CAN总线通信方式。利用防爆工控机、主控制器、支架控制器等设备组成硬件系统,利用组态王、CODESYS等软件开发控制系统软件,描述了刨煤机组控制系统的工作原理。国产全自动刨煤机组BH38/2×400的应用是国内薄煤层开采史上的一次大变革。The application of the first full automation plough unit control system for our country in Xiaoming mine was described.The CAN_bus was used because of the high reliability and long transmission distance.The controller hardware system was constitutive of the explosion-proof industrial computer,the main controller,the powered support controller.The Kingview,CODESYS control system software were used.The plough control system works were described.The application of the full automation plough BH38/2 × 400 control system for our country is a great change in the history of the thin coal mining.
