摘  要:采用酸回流膨润土制备了酸化膨润土,并以其为载体制备了镍催化剂,以苯加氢为探针反应,考察了酸种类、回流时间及固液比对酸化膨润土负载镍催化剂对苯加氢反应的影响。当使用浓度为15%的盐酸、固液比为1∶4、70℃下回流6 h时,酸化膨润土负载镍催化剂在140℃下能将苯完全转化为环己烷。Acid-activated bentonite was prepared by refluxing bentonite with different kinds of acid. Ni-supported catalysts were prepared by impregnation and evaluated by hydrogenation of benzene. The effect of preparation condition on hydrogenation activity was studied and the optimum preparation condition drawn on hydrogenation activity was concluded. Under 15% hydrochloric acid, solid-liquid ratio being 1 : 4, temperature being 70 ~C and reflux time being 6h, the acid-activated bentonite supporting Ni catalysts could convert benzene to cyclohexane completely at 140~2.
