摘 要:对江苏宜兴煤矸石的基本物性分析知,其主要矿物成分为高岭石和石英,化学成分中CaO的含量相对较低。于煤矸石高温煅烧过程中引入不同掺量的CaO后制成活化煤矸石样,采用X射线衍射分析法(XRD)对其活化过程的结构特征进行分析,同时采用比强度法对部分活化煤矸石的火山灰效应进行评定。结果表明:煅烧温度较低时,生成的硅酸盐矿物较少,甚至还有少量的CaO存在;随着煅烧温度的升高,体系吸收CaO的能力增强,反应生成的硅酸盐矿物较多,但出现不利于水泥强度发展的惰性矿物;矿化剂的引入可促进掺钙煤矸石样在较低的煅烧温度下就生成较多的的硅酸盐矿物。随着CaO掺量的增加,煅烧温度的提高,活化煤矸石的火山灰效应提高,但CaO掺量过大,煅烧温度过高,反而会降低火山灰效应。Studied on coal gangue from Jiangsu Yixing, its mineral composition was Kaolinite and Quartz and in chemical composition the content of CaO was relatively low. Activated coal gangue samples made by different amount of CaO were introduced during the calcination process of coal gangue. Structure characteristic of the samples were examined by X-ray diffraction analysis. By specific strength concept, the pozzolanic effect of activated coal gangue could be investigated. Results show that, when calcination temperature was lower, produced silicate minerals were less and even a small amount of CaO occured. With extending of calcination temperature the absorption ability of the system for CaO improved, and silicate minerals grew in number, in which there were non-active minerals disadvantageous to cement strength develoment. Introduction of mineralizer could promote the formation of more silicate minerals at lower calcination temperature of added-calcium coal gangue. With increasing of CaO content and calcination temperature, pozzolanic effect of active coal gangue could be improved. But when the percentage of CaO was excessive and calcination temperature was too high, pozzolanic effect reduced.
