摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者骨密度(BMD)变化及其影响因素。方法采用美国Norland XR-36双能X线骨密度仪测定53例2型糖尿病患者(观察组)和40例正常人(对照组)腰椎(L2~4)的BMD,同时分析其与患者性别、体质量指数(BM I)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及绝经年限间的关系。结果观察组BMD明显低于对照组(P〈0.05);BMD与年龄、HbA1c水平及绝经年限呈负相关,与BM I呈正相关(P均〈0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者BMD有不同程度减低,以女性及低BM I患者降低更明显;对2型糖尿病患者应积极控制血糖,定期测定BMD。Objective To investigate the change of bone mineral density(BMD) in the patients with type 2 diabetes and its correlated factors.Methods Total of 53 patients with type 2 diabetes(observed group) and 40 healthy people(control group) were enrolled in this study.The BMD in the second to fourth lumber was evaluated in the two groups with the dual-energy X BMD measuring instrument.The relationships between the changes of BMD and the age,body mass index,gender,glycated hemoglobin were observed in observed group.Results The observed was significantly lower in observed group than that of the control group(P0.05);The BMD in patients with type 2 diabetes was correlated negatively to the age,glycated hemoglobin,years since menopause,but positively to the body mass index(all P0.05).Conclusions The BMD decreases in patients with type 2 diabetes to a certain degree,especially in female and the lower BMI diabetic patients.To the patients with type 2 diabetes,the blood glucose level should be controlled and the BMD should be detected regularly.
