摘  要:简述了氯钾元素在系统内的循环积累以及对碱回收炉的影响,并概述了国外已工业化的去除碱灰中氯钾元素的三种蒸发结晶工艺,通过实验室研究论证了蒸发结晶工艺中硫酸钠回收率和氯钾去除率的关系,并对碱灰中硫酸钠的选择结晶设备和材质进行了简单阐述。The circulating accumulation of Cl and K in alkali recovery system and these effects on alkali recovery boiler were briefly introduced. Three types of evaporation crystallization methods for removing elements of Cl and K which have realized production of industrialization abroad were summarized. The relation between the recovery rate of sodium sulfate and the removing rate of Cl and K in the process of evaporation crystallization was demonstrated by laboratory study, and the selection of crystallization equipment and material for sodium sulfate was briefly introduced.
