摘  要:通过皮穰分离技术,将玉米秸秆去穰取皮后,以秸秆皮为刨花原料,落叶松单宁树脂为胶粘剂,选用两种典型的不同形态的刨花制造玉米秸秆刨花板;通过测试板材的物理力学性能指标,分析研究了刨花形态对板材力学指标及吸水膨胀率等的影响。试验结果表明,原料破碎得越细越有利于提高玉米秸秆刨花板的力学性能。The skin of cornstalk was choosed for materials and the tannic resin for experimental glue to make cornstalk particleboards,based on the method for outer bark of cornstalk can be acquired by use of the skin stalk splitters.The cornstalk particleboards were made of two kinds of typical wood particles with different shaving shape.Through measuring the physical target the influence of shaving shape on the physical and mechanical properties of cornstalk particleboard can be analyzed.The results showed that the smaller shape of materials was the better strength of cornstalk particleboard.
