摘　　要：目的分析Tornwaldt囊肿的常规MRI特点。方法回顾性分析1000例患者的颅脑MR检查图像,男、女各500例,年龄18~68岁,平均（46.4±8.3）岁,如发现Tornwaldt囊肿则对其信号强度、形态、大小等进行观察。结果共发现26例Tornwaldt囊肿,发生率为2.60%,患者年龄20~65岁,平均（40.6±7.4）岁,男14例（53.85%）,女12例（46.15%）;19例呈圆形（19/26,73.08%）,7例呈椭圆形（7/26,26.92%）;平均径线（6.84±1.02）mm（3.50~12.40 mm）,最大径（8.46±1.33）mm（3.80~12.40 mm）,最小径（4.25±0.46）mm（3.50~10.20 mm）;26例Tornwaldt囊肿T2WI与脑脊液信号相仿;23例（23/26,88.46%）T1WI与肌肉相比呈高信号,FLAIR序列呈类似灰质的高信号,另3例（3/26,11.54%）T1WI及FLAIR序列均呈低信号。结论 Tornwaldt囊肿的MRI表现具有一定特征,结合临床表现和影像学特征可对该病做出明确诊断。Objective To assess the image characteristics of Tornwaldt cysts with routine MRI.Methods Routine MR images of 1000 consecutive subjects including 500 males and 500 females were retrospectively analyzed.The age of the patients ranged from 18 to 68 years,with the mean value of（46.4±8.3） years.The signal intensity,shape,and size of Tornwaldt cysts were observed.Results Tornwaldt cysts were found in 26 patients（26/1000,2.60%） aged from 20 to 65 years,with the mean value of（40.6±7.4） years,including 14 males（14/26,53.85%） and 12 females（12/26,46.15%）.Of 26 Tornwaldt cysts,19（19/26,73.08%） were round and 7（7/26,26.92%） were oval.The size of the lesions was（6.84±1.02）mm（3.50—12.40 mm） in average,（8.46±1.33）mm（3.80—12.40 mm） in the major axis and（4.25±0.46）mm（3.50—10.20 mm） in the minor axis.Of the 26 Tornwaldt cysts,all were similar to cerebrospinal fluid on T2WI.Twenty-three（23/26,88.46%） Tornwaldt cysts showed high signal intensity compared with the muscles on T1WI and hyperintense to gray matter on the fluid-attenuated inversion-recovery（FLAIR） images.The other 3（3/26,11.54%） Tornwaldt cysts showed low signal intensity on T1WI and FLAIR images.Conclusion Tornwaldt cysts have characteristics on MR images.Combination of clinical manifestations and imaging features can make clear diagnosis of the Tornwaldt cysts.
