桑叶中总黄酮纯化工艺研究

摘　　要：应用大孔吸附树脂技术,筛选桑叶总黄酮最佳纯化工艺。结果表明:AB-8树脂对桑叶总黄酮的纯化效果最佳,最佳工艺定为:径高比为1:9,供试液pH为4,浓度为生药量0.4g·mL^(-1),上样速度为4BV·h^(-1),洗脱液为70%乙醇,洗脱体积为2BV。Using the maeroporous resin methods,the optimum purification process of total flavonoids from Folium mori was investigated. Our results indicate that AB-8 resin possesses high absorption capacity.the best craft was：the ratio of diameter to heigh is 1：9,the pH value of sample solution is 4,the concentration is 0.4g· mL-1,the flow rate is 4BV· h-1,the elution is 70% alcohol,the volume of elution is 2BV.
