摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期肾病综合征(NSP)的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2006年至2009年30例妊娠期肾病综合征的妊娠结局、并发症、终止妊娠时机。结果:孕妇并发腹水25例,胎儿宫内生长受限25例,胎盘早剥2例,围产儿死亡2例。结论:NSP发病早、病情重,早期诊断,积极治疗,适时终止妊娠对母婴预后极为重要。Objective To discuss the clinical features and treatment methods of nephritic syndrome during pregnancy（NSP）. Methods Retrospec- five analysis was taken to 30 cases of NSP form 2006 to 2009,including their pregnancy outcomes,complications, modalities of termination of pregnancy, perinatal outcomes and therapy methods. Results 25 pregnancy women complicated with ascitis,25 FGR, 2 Placental abruption,2 perinatal deaths. Conclusion Severe dropsy and aseitis are outstanding features of NSP,early onset with severe complication .Early diagnosis and early treatment are the key point to improve mother and infants prognosis.
