摘　　要：在百色油田不同断块的两口油井中， 采用ＣＹＢＳ系列动筒式防砂卡抽油泵进行了携砂、防砂卡和延长有效生产周期的生产试验。试验结果表明， 使用该系列防砂卡抽油泵后， 在泵径相同的情况下， 日产液量明显增加， 泵的沉没度显著下降， 平均生产周期大幅度延长。该系列防砂卡抽油泵适用范围广， 对主要为细粉砂、泥质含量大的出砂油井均可使用， 对斜直井也有较好的适用性。可像常规管式抽油泵一样进行洗井作业， 并解决了油井出砂引起的砂卡、砂堵等采油工艺难题； 操作简便易行， 管柱、杆柱结构简单， 起下作业方便， 具有良好的工作可靠性和重复作业性。CYBS series anti sand travelling barrel rod pumps have the functions of sand prevention, stuck freeing and extending the production period. The pumps are tested in two wells in Baise Oilfield. The test result shows that, by using this kind of subsurface pump, the liquid producing capacity per day is increased obviously, the submergence depth of the pump is decreased remarkably and the mean production period is extended greatly. CYBS series subsurface pumps can be used in various sandy wells and slant holes, and they can also be used for well washing. The pump is characterized by easy operation and high reliability.
