摘　　要：为了定量评价辽河油田多种经营工业企业能力，找出企业的优势和劣势，确定了工业企业能力评价指标体系以及各指标的定量计算方法和 综合评价方法。评价指标中包括了 尝债能力、运营能力、收益能力、开发能力、成长能力、循环能力、队伍能力等７ 个方面，共４２ 项指标。在评价企业能力的同时，也对企业的内外部条件进行了定量分析。对企业进行评价结 果表明，计算结果符合企业 实际， 评价方法切实可行。分析表明内外部条件并不是制约企业能力的关键 因素， 提高企业能力应重在 挖潜， 而不能过分强调内外部条件。企业能力的薄弱环节是收益能力、成长能 力和循环能力，提高企业能力 的重点应放在提高收益能力上，其主要途径是提高高新产品比例，扩大产品的外部市场，降低成本，特别是人工成本。To evaluate the ability of diversified industrial enterprises in Liaohe oil field and find out their strengths and weakness, the indexes to evaluate the enterprises abilities, the calculating method and the overall evaluation methods are given here. The indexes include seven aspects which are debt paying, operations, profit gaining, R & D, growth, circulation and personnel. There are 42 factors totally. The conditions within and outside the enterprises are also evaluated quantitatively. Calculating result shows that the method is practicable and that conditions of the enterprises are not the key factors in determining their ability. To improve the ability of the diversified industrial enterprises in Liaohe oil field, much more emphasis should be put on the improvement of their abilities in profit obtaining, growth and circulation, especially those in profit gaining. The main approach is increasing the proportion of high-tech products, increasing the market share outside of Liaohe oil field and lowering the production costs especially the labor cost.
