摘 要:在强碱性低温常压条件下,以正硅酸四乙酯为 硅源, 硫酸铝为铝源,十二胺为 模板剂合成出纯硅 Si - H M S 和硅铝 Al - H M S 分子筛,并用粉末 X 射线衍射( X R D) 、付立叶变换红外光谱( F T- I R) 、透射电子显微镜( T E M) 等手段进行了表征。 X R D 谱图显示,强碱性条件下得到的 Si - H M S 和 Al - H M S 分子筛的晶体结构比较规整,具有层状晶体结构,各衍射峰分别归属于100 ,200 ,300 等衍射。 F T- I R 谱图显示铝元素进入了 Al- H M S 分子筛骨架。提出强碱性条件下 H M S 分子 筛是通过“ S0 I- Na + ”路线形成的。使用十八水合硫酸铝作为合成 Al - H M S 分子筛的铝源,与 使用昂贵的三 异丙氧基铝[ Al( O Pri) 3] 为 铝源相比,具有原料价廉易得的特点。Silicate mesoporous molecular sieve Si-HMS and aluminosilicate molecular sieve Al-HMS were synthesized in alkaline condition(pH=14) with Al 2(SO 4)·18H 2O as aluminium source at low temperature and ambient pressure,in which tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) was silicon source and dodecylamine was template.Si-HMS and Al-HMS molecular sieves were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and TEM techniques. X-ray diffractograms of HMS molecular sieves prepared in alkaline condition presented 2~4 peaks with a strong peak at a low angle ( d 100 reflection line) and 1~3 wealer peaks at higher angles (200, 300 reflection lines, et al.). Si-HMS and Al-HMS molecular sieves synthesized in alkaline condition had regular crystal structure and showed lamellar crystal structure. FT-IR spectra showed that aluminium had incorporated into the framework of Al-HMS molecular sieves. The S 0I -Na + templating pathway was proposed in detail. As aluminium source to synthcsise Al-HMS molecular sieve, comparing with expensive Al(OPr i ) 3, the Al 2(SO 4)·18H 2O is cheaper and more available.
