摘  要:油气吸收分离操作及其效果受到许多因素的影响。利用拟水平正交设计方法安排试验并考察了各影响因素。试验结果表明,吸收质、吸收剂、进气流量对综合吸收率ηR及吸收剂流理QL的评分指标y有显著的影响,吸收质、吸收剂对其影响较大。进口油汽浓度虽对y的影响不显著,但对分指标ηR和QL的分别为高度显著和显著的。吸收剂ABS-1、ABS-2提吸收效果相当且远好于煤油、轻柴油。A lab-scale orthogonalization absorption experiment is designed to evaluate the factors which influence the effects of oil(gasoline) vapor absorption recovery. The test results show that absorbate,absorbent,and inlet air-gasoline vapor mixture flow Q G notably influence the composite appraisal index y of absorptivity η R and absorbent flow Q L,specially the former two,that inlet gasoline vapor concentration has very notable/definite influence on the partial index η R/ Q L respectively but not distinct on y ;that the absorption behavior of absorbents ABS-1 and ABS-2 is similar themselves and much better than that of kerosene or light diesel oil,and that the optimum absorption operation should be to use ABS-1 to absorb the mixture of 50 vol.% gasoline vapor and of 180 ml/min flow. According to extra balance absorption tests of ABS-1 and ABS-2,their absorption behavior is proved to be similar once again and each specific flow to Q G is fewer than that of the absorbent in similar field recovery apparatus abroad. So,the self-made absorbent ABS-2 should be recommended for use.
