摘　　要：目的探讨诊治开放性踝关节骨折脱位的方法及效果；方法对2009年1月至2011年1月我院收治的开放性踝关节骨折脱位患者40例的临床资料进行回顾性分析；结果优27例，良8例，中4例，差1例，总优良率为82％；结论在开放性踝关节受损的后期，需要进行严格的固定和骨折解剖复位。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of open ankle fracture dislocation of the method and effect; method from January 2009 to January 2011 in our hospital open ankle fracture dislocation of the clinical data of 40 patients were retrospectively analyzed ; results Excellent in 27 eases, good in 8 eases, in 4 eases and poor in 1 case, the total fine was 82% ; Conclusion damaged ankle open late, the need for strict fixed and anatomical reduction,
