经阴道彩色多普勒超声对早期输卵管间质部妊娠的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒对输卵管间质部妊娠的早期超声诊断价值。 方法对17例超声诊断为输卵管间质部妊娠患者的二维声像图特征进行回顾性分析，并与手术病理结果对照。结果超声诊断为输卵管间质部妊娠13例，诊断时间为停经39～79天，最终手术及病理证实。其中13例与术前超声诊断相符，误诊4例（3例为宫角妊娠，另一例为输卵管峡部妊娠）。根据声像图表现输卵管间质部妊娠分为三种类型：胚囊型13例，不均质包块型3例，破裂型1例。结论经阴道彩色多普勒对诊断早期输卵管间质部妊娠具有较高价值。ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of Transvaginal Color Dopple Ultrasound（TVCDU）for interstitial tubal pregnancy in early trimester. Methodsl7 cases with interstitial tubal pregnancy were analyzed according to the characteristics of two - dimensional uhrasonography retrospectively and confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results ： 13patients were diagnosed as interstitial tubal pregnancy by TVCDU during the pregnancy of 39 -79 days and finally proved by surgery and pathology. Among the 17 cases, 13 patients were in accordance with ultrasonic diagnosis before surgery. 4 patient were misdiagnosed （3 cases were eornual pregnancy and 1 case were isthmic tubal pregnancy）. According to the ultrasonic image, interstitial tubal pregnancy were classified into three types： 13 gestational cystic type, 3 heterogeneousmass type and 1 ruptured type. Conclusion ： TVCDU has high value in early diagnosis of interstitial tubal pregnancy.
