超声诊断膀胱占位性病变临床价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声诊断膀胱占位性疾病的临床价值.方法：应用超声对242例膀胱占位性疾病进行检查,全部经手术病理证实.结果：膀胱结石98例,膀胱异物4例,膀胱肿瘤140例,其中乳头瘤3例,膀胱癌137例,超声对膀胱占位性疾病诊断符合率100%.结论：超声检查对膀胱占位性病变的诊断有实际的临床价值,可作为诊断膀胱占位性病变的首选.Methods： 242 patients who had the disease of the occupancy of bladder were examined and all of them are proved by the operation. Results： 98 patients who had the disease of cystic calculus; 4 patients who had the disease of foreign body in bladder; 140 patients who had the disease of neoplasm in bladder, including 3 patients who had papillary carcinoma of urethra and 137 patients who had bladder cancer. The coincidence rate of diagnosing the disease of the occupancy of bladder is 100%. Conclusion：Ultrasonography in diagnosing the disease of the occupancy of bladder is valuable , which can be used to diagnose this kind of disease.
