摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的手术效果.方法：93例患者被随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组组给予腹腔镜手术,对照组给予传统开腹手术.结果：实验组手术时间显著长于对照组（t=4.127,p〈0.05）,但术中出血量,术后下床活动时间、排气时间和住院时间均显著小于对照组（t=4.213,p〈0.05,t=3.375,p〈0.05,t=3.489,p〈0.05,t=3.876,p〈0.05）.结论：对于已经确诊的良性卵巢肿瘤患者来说,腹腔镜微创手术治疗具有创伤小,恢复快的显著优点,是值得考虑的选择.Objective： To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on patients with benign ovarian tumor. Methods： 93 cases of patients with benign ovarian tumor were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group were given laparoscopie myomectomy, and control group were given opened surgery. Results： The surgery time of experimental group was significantly longer than control group （t=4. 127, p〈0.05） ; the blooding mount during surgery, time of leaving bed, hospital time and time of gas elimination of experimental group was significantly shorter than control group（t=4. 213,p〈0.05,t=3. 375,p〈0.05,t=3. 489,p〈0.05, t=3. 876,p〈0.05） . Conclusion： For the patients that had been diagnosed as benign ovarian tumor, laparoscopic myomectomy has the character of little pain and soft recovery, so it is a deserved chooses.
