超声诊断在非典型异位妊娠的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声诊断在非典型异位妊娠的应用,总结声像图特点,以降低误诊率.方法：非典型异位妊娠超声诊断结果与临床（包括手术及病理结果）对照.结果：非典型异位妊娠病人32例,根据图像特点分类：Ⅰ类（胎囊型）,Ⅱ类（不均质包块型）,Ⅲ类（实性样包块型）,经手术及病理结果对照,准确率93.75%,特异性96.88%.结论：超声诊断在非典型异位妊娠中的应用有重要意义.Objective： To evaluate ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in atypical applications, summarized characteristics of ultrasonography to reduce the misdiagnosis rate. Methods： Ultrasound diagnosis of atypical ectopic pregnancy and clinical （including surgical and pathology results） control. Results： 32 cases of atypical ectopic pregnancy patients, classified according to the image characteristics： Ⅰ class （sac--type）, Ⅱ type （not homogeneous mass--based）, Ⅲ type （solid--like mass type）, after surgery and pathological findings, the accuracy was 93.75%, specificity 96. 88%. Conclusion： Ultrasound diagnosis of atypical ectopic pregnancy is important in the application.
