摘  要:本文尝试研究在金刚石锯片的制作工序过程中,增加对刀头生坯进行脱蜡工序,通过对比不采用脱蜡工艺制作的试样性能,来探讨脱蜡工艺对产品性能的影响。结果表明:采用脱蜡工艺,提高了胎体的相对烧结密度,减少了刀头中制粒剂残留,提高了锯片切割性能,并可以改善热压刀头的生产环境。对于添加超细钨铜粉末的胎体经脱蜡工艺处理后,可提高胎体的抗弯强度和刀头的焊接强度,提高产品的安全性。By comparing the performances of diamond segments having and not having been treated by dewaxing process before sintering,the influence of dewaxing on diamond blades was tested.It is showed that the sintering density of saw segments was increased after dewaxing treatment,the amount of granulating agent residual was reduced,and saw segments had better cutting performance.Meanwhile,production conditions of segment were improved.In addition,ultra-fine tungsten-copper alloy based saw segmsnts treatod by dewaxing process showed higher bending strength and welding strength,and improved safety performance.
