摘　　要：区域卫生信息化建设是一个世界性难题。新医改方案的颁布实施,为区域卫生信息化建设提供了机遇。分析了国内外区域卫生信息化建设现状及存在问题,并提出了建设区域卫生信息化的相关实施方案,即建立居民标准化电子档案、推进电子病历、完善双向转诊、构建区域性信息平台、建立可持续发展机制等。The implementation of new healthcare reform ignited the construction of regional health informationization, programs of realizing the regional health informationization were actively explored across the county, and some had made periodically gains. However, the construction of regional health informationization is a complex cosmopolitan problem; and there is no much successful experience on account of immature construction project. The paper analyzed the construction status and problems of regional health informationization, and explored related strategies in construction of regional health informationization.
