摘 要:为了筛选制备杜仲药物微囊的材料及方法,本研究采用喷雾干燥法和静电法分别形成阿拉伯胶杜仲微囊和壳聚糖-海藻酸钠杜仲微囊,并对其结构及性能进行比较。通过对微囊的载药率,包埋率及药物释放率的检测,及扫描电镜,光学显微镜的形态学观察,为喷雾干燥法及静电法的制备工艺提供参考数据。结果表明喷雾干燥法制备的微囊表面较光滑而静电法制备的微囊表面较粗糙。两者粒径分布均较窄,静电法微囊粒径更均匀,喷雾干燥法微囊粒径较小。喷雾干燥法更适用于杜仲药物微囊的制备。To study the material and method of microcapsules of Eucommiae ulmoides Oliv.(EU),structures and capability of the EU microcapsules of spray-drying with arabic gum were compared with that made by electrostatic method with chitosan-sodium polymannuronate.The properties of microcapsules were evaluated by the rate of drug loading,embedding and releasing performance.The surface characterization of microcapsules was performed using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and optical microscope.It was provided the data of the preparation of the EU microcapsules made by spray-drying and electrostatic method.It was observed that the microcapsules made by spray-drying have smoother surfaces,smaller size and better rate of releasing.The properties of EU microcapsules by spray-drying method are better than that of by electrostatic method.
