维持性血透患者血清肿瘤标志物的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血透（MHD）患者及血液透析治疗对血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法选择70例MHD患者作为MHD组、选择210例健康人作为对照组，采用电化学发光免疫分析法测定血清CEA、AFP、CA199和CA125，进行比较分析，并将MHD组透析前、后的肿瘤标志物水平进行比较。结果MHD组和对照组比较，CA199、CA125水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），其他各肿瘤标志物水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；MHD组透析前、后的肿瘤标志物水平差异无统计学意义。结论MHD患者肿瘤标志物CA199、CA125有不同程度的升高，低通量膜透析不能清除肿瘤标志物。Objective To investigate the effects of maintenance hemodialysis patients and Hemodialysis Therapy on Serum levels of tumor markers. Methods Seventy maintenance hemodialysis patients were devided into hemodialysis group（n=70） and two hundred and ten cases of healthy volunteers as control group. （n=210）, Serum CEA, AFP, CA199 and CA125 were detected using the Electro-Chemiluminescence Immunoassay （ECLI） method. Comparative analysis were performed between the two groups, and between before and after hemodialysis of the hemodialysis group. Results Compared to control group, there were statistical significances in levels of CA199, CA125,and were no statistical significances in levels of other serum tumor markers（P〉0.05）;There were no statistical significances in levels of serum tumor markers between before and after hemodialysis of the hemodialysis group. Conclusions The levels of CA199, CA125 had have varying degrees of increase in maintenance hemodialysis patients ,and low-flux membrane hemodialysis can not clear serum tumor markers.
