摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,利用溶胶–凝胶法制备了纯TiO2和Ru掺杂的TiO2纳米粉体。利用热重–差热分析、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和紫外–可见分光光度计对粉体进行了表征。在模拟太阳光下,利用含酚水溶液中苯酚的光催化降解反应,考察了TiO2纳米粉体的光催化活性和Ru的掺杂量对光催化活性的影响。结果表明:Ru的掺杂延缓了TiO2纳米粉体由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变;Ru元素主要以Ru4+形式替代TiO2晶格中的Ti4+,形成新相Ti1–xRuxO2,从而使TiO2纳米粉体的光谱响应范围拓展至可见光区域;当Ru的质量分数为3%时,TiO2纳米粉体具有最佳的光催化活性。A ruthenium(Ru) doped titania(TiO2) nanopowder was prepared with tetrabutyl titanate [Ti(OBu)4] as a raw material by a sol–gel method.The as-prepared nanopowder was characterized by the techniques such as thermogravimetric–differential thermal analysis,X-ray diffractometer,X-ray photoelectronic spectroscope,and ultraviolet–visible spectrophotometer.Results show that the phase transformation from anatase to rutile is retarded via doping Ru.It is found that most of Ru elements doped presents in the form of Ru4+,which is the place of Ti4+ in the lattice of TiO2,forming a new phase of Ti1–xRuxO2.The light response of TiO2 nanopowder could be expanded to the visible region..Photocatalytic activities of the Ru doped TiO2 nanopowder and effect of the doped Ru content on the activity were analyzed by the result of photocatalytic degradation of phenol in water solution under artificial sunlight.Superior photocatalytic activity for the TiO2 nanopowder sample doped with Ru of 3% in mass could be obtained among all the prepared samples.
