摘  要:将不同强度取向磁场下湿压成型的生坯在1 190℃烧结2 h,获得锶铁氧体烧结磁体。采用X射线极图分析样品的织构取向特征,根据Stoner–Wohlfarth模型,建立了描述取向度的表示方法。分析表明:在磁场下成型的样品{001}晶面族衍射峰强度显著增强。用(008)晶面极图描述磁体取向度时,随取向磁场强度的增大,晶粒取向逐渐增强,当磁场强度为600 kA/m时,取向度达78.3%,锶铁氧体的磁性能明显提高。此外,(107)晶面的极图也被尝试用来描述磁体的织构特征。Sintered strontium ferrites were prepared by wet compaction under different applied magnetic fields and sintered at 1 190 ℃ for 2 h.An X-ray pole figure was used to analyse the texture character of the magnets.The method to describe the alignment de-gree was proposed based on the Stoner–Wohlfarth model.Diffraction intensity of {001} crystal planes for the samples with magnetic compact is higher than that without magnetic field applied.It is indicated that the(008) pole figure can be used to measure alignment degree of these sintered ferrites.The alignment degree of these ferrites enhances with the increase of magnetic field.The alignment degree reaches 78.3% at the applied magnetic field of 600 kA/m.The(107) pole figure is also attempted to measure the crystal align-ment of ferrites.
