摘 要:以Co(NO3)2.6H2O为原料、尿素为沉淀剂,并与多壁碳纳米管(multiwalled carbon nanotubes,MWNTs)复合,采用微波溶剂热法制备Co3O4粉体及Co3O4/MWNTs复合材料。对样品的物相结构、微观形貌和电化学性能进行表征及测试。结果表明:制备的Co3O4纳米线是由尺寸为10~20 nm的纳米晶粒组成;复合一定量MWNTs后,Co3O4纳米线变细,Co3O4/MWNTs电化学电容性能有较大提高,其中Co3O4与MWNTs摩尔比为2:1的Co3O4/MWNTs样品具有较好的电化学电容行为,其比电容达到369.5 F/g,并且具有良好的稳定性能以及较好的电容阻抗性能,电荷传递电阻降为0.5Ω。A Co3O4 powder and Co3O4/multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) composite were synthesized with Co(NO3)2·6H2O as raw materials and urea as a precipitating agent by a microwave solvothermal method.The phase structure,morphology and capaci-tance performance of the synthesized samples were characterized.The results show that the Co3O4 nanowires are composed of the crystalline grains with the size of 10–20 nm.The electrochemistry capacitance performance of the Co3O4/MWNTs was enhanced after doping the MWNTs.When mole ratio of Co3O4 to MWNTs was 2:1,the Co3O4/MWNTs sample had an excellent electrochemical capacitance,and the maximum specific capacitance is 369.5 F/g.The sample with good stability and cyclic performance has a supe-rior condensance characteristic at a low electric charge transmission resistance of 0.5 Ω.
