摘 要:采用低过饱和沉淀法制备具有水滑石结构的镁铝铈类水滑石,探索pH、不同铈铝的物质的量比n(Ce3+)/n(Al3+)、陈化温度和陈化时间对产物晶型的影响,利用XRD,SEM,FT-IR和TG-DTA等对其进行表征,将聚氯乙烯(PVC)、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DOP)、镁铝铈类水滑石(MgAlCe-CO3-HTLcs)按一定比例复配,进行静态热老化试验和刚果红法试验,并对其热稳定性能进行研究。研究结果表明:控制溶液中pH≥11,0.025≤n(Ce3+)/n(Al3+)≤0.050,n(M2+)/n(M3+)=2:1,于110℃陈化8 h,能制备出具有典型的水滑石结构、结晶度高、结构完整、晶型单一的镁铝铈类水滑石。镁铝铈类水滑石能将PVC的热稳定时间延长至约110 min。MgAlCe-CO3-HTLcs were prepared by low saturated precipitation.The effects of many conditions such as pH,different molar ratios of n(Ce3+)/n(Al3+),aging temperature and aging time on the crystal form of MgAlCe-CO3-HTLcs were investigated.The synthesized materials were analyzed and characterized by using XRD,SEM,FT-IR and TG-DTA.The composites consisting of PVC,DOP and MgAlCe-CO3-HTLcs were prepared with specific ration,and the thermal stability of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) composites was studied by static thermal aging test and Congo Red method.The results show that MgAlCe-CO3-HTLcs has high crystallization degree and uniform structure when the preparation condition is as follows: pH≥11,n(M2+)/n(M3+)=2:1,0.025≤n(Ce3+)/n(Al3+)≤0.050,aging at 110 ℃ for 8 h.The thermal stability of the PVC composites with MgAlCe-CO3-HTLcs is significantly enhanced with the onset of blackening lasting to about 110 min.
