摘 要:针对湖南省某地有储量巨大的铁质页岩原矿,为有效利用该矿产资源,用X线衍射仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)、红外光谱仪、防护热板导热系数测量装置、辐射仪对页岩成分和物理性能进行检测分析,研究2种焙烧工艺参数下的页岩烧胀性。研究结果表明:该页岩含有绿泥石、高岭石、蒙脱石和绢云母等多种层状硅酸盐矿物及Al,Fe,Mg,K和Na多种金属元素,在中远红外波段具有较高的反射率,烧胀性良好,其涂层的导热系数为0.045 W/(m.K),内、外照射系数分别为0.27和0.69;该页岩在建筑陶粒材料、保温隔热涂料等方面具有广阔的应用前景。It has huge reserves of iron-shale in Hunan Province.The physical properties of the shale were analyzed by XRD,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES).The baking swell properties,far-infrared reflectivity and thermal conductivity of shale coating also were tested.The radioactivity of shale was detected by H-90Bγ Radiometer.The results show that the shale contains chlorite,kaolinite,smectite,sericite and other layered silicate minerals and Al,Fe,Mg,Na as well as other elements.Reflectance of the shale is more than 85% in the far-infrared range.The low-thermal conductivity(0.045 W/(m·K)) shows good thermal insulating properties of the shale materials.Internal and external exposure indexes are 0.27 and 0.69,respectively,access to the A-level of radiation health protection standards for construction materials,and the shale can be used as raw materials for haydite.
