摘　　要：目的探讨微动敏感床垫式睡眠监测系统(MSMSMS)的临床应用价值。方法用MSMSMS对233例疑似睡眠障碍患者进行监测与分析。结果 233例中失眠者71例(30.5%);按呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)分度,31例正常(13.3%),202例为OSAHS患者(86.7%),未监测出中枢型及其他类型的睡眠呼吸暂停。结论微动敏感床垫式睡眠监测系统能敏感判断睡眠呼吸事件,准确率高,可实时监测心律及血氧饱和度变化,具有低生理、心理负荷指数,被监测者失眠率低,易被患者接受,临床运用广泛。Objective To explore the clinical application of the micro-movement sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system （MSMSMS） in the diagnosis of sleep disorders. Methods 233 patients with suspected sleep disorders were tested with MSMSMS and the results were analyzed. Results Of 233 patients with suspected sleep disorders, 71 cases （30.5%） were insomniacs. According to the apnea hypopnea index （AHI）, 31 （13.3%） were normal and 202 （86.7%） were OSAHS, in which the types of central sleep apnea or other were undetermined. Conclusion MSMSMS can sensitively and accurately determine the sleep respiratory events and monitor the real-time changes of cardiac rhythm and blood oxygen saturation. MSMSMS shows many advantages, such as low physical and psychological load index and low insomnia rate and so on. It can be easily accepted by patients and widely used in clinics.
