变应性鼻炎和鼻息肉病患者血清蛋白质的差异表达

摘　　要：目的研究变应性鼻炎、鼻息肉病患者血清和对照血清中蛋白质的差异表达。方法采用表面增强激光解吸/离子化飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)和配套的WCX2(弱阳离子交换)蛋白质芯片技术检测变应性鼻炎、鼻息肉病患者血清差异表达蛋白质。结果变应性鼻炎患者血清检测出的138个蛋白峰中17个蛋白峰差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),鼻息肉病患者血清检测出的138个蛋白峰中23个蛋白峰差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中6个蛋白峰在两组中的表达差异均有统计学意义。结论变应性鼻炎、鼻息肉病患者血清和正常对照血清的蛋白质谱有差异蛋白表达。Objective To study the different serum protein spectrums of allergic rhinitis, nasal polyposis and healthy controls. Methods Differentially expressed proteins were detected by SELDI-TOF-MS technology and WCX2 proteinchip, and primarily analyzed by a related software. Results 138 differentially expressed protein peaks were detected in allergic rhinitis and nasal polyposis patients, among which 17 were significantly different（ P 〈0.01 ） in allergic rhinitis patients, 23 were significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ） in nasal polyposis patients, and 6 protein peaks were significantly different in both groups. Conclusion There are differentially expressed proteins in allergic rhinitis and nasal polyposis patients.
