摘 要:目的研究正畸牙移动及其引起的咬合变化对大鼠牙周组织中施万细胞标志物S-100表达的影响。方法 8周龄雌性SD大鼠,实验组用正畸皮圈推左上和右下第3磨牙向远中,建立大鼠正畸牙移动模型,空白对照组不进行任何操作。应用免疫组织化学方法检测左上第3磨牙(移动牙)和右上第3磨牙(正畸移动牙的对颌牙,简称对颌牙)远中根牙周组织内S-100的表达变化。结果对照组牙周S-100阳性结构主要集中在牙根中下1/3的远中牙周膜中,移动牙于正畸操作3天后出现S-100阳性结构的增多和聚集,对颌牙则于正畸操作后14天出现S-100阳性结构的增多和聚集,S-100阳性结构增多均伴有血窦的增多。移动牙和对颌牙的上述改变都于28天时恢复至对照组水平。结论正畸移动不仅可以造成移动牙,而且可以造成移动牙的对颌牙牙周施万细胞标志物S-100的一过性增多和聚集,以及血窦增多。Objective To study the effects of the orthodontic tooth movement and disordered occlusion on the S-100 marked Schwann cells in the periodontium of rats.Methods Orthodontic tooth movement was established in 8-week-old female SD rats.The left maxillary and right mandibular third molars were pushed distally by an elastic band.No procedure was performed on the control animals.The changes of S-100 expression in distal root of both the left maxillary third mol ar(the moving tooth) and the right maxillary third molar(the occlusal unmatched tooth) were observed by detection of S-100 with immunohistochemistry.Results In periodontium of control animal,S-100 positive structures were mainly distributed in the distal half of the apical and middle 1/3 of the root.S-100 positive structures increased and gathered at 3 days after tooth moving in the moving tooth and at 14 days after tooth moving in the occlusal unmatched tooth,accompanying with an increase of blood sinus.These changes recovered to basal level 28 days after tooth moving.Conclusion Orthodontic tooth movement and disordered occlusion could lead to a temporary increase in S-100 marked Schwann cells and blood sinus in periodontium of rats.
