摘 要:采用传统高温固相反应法制备了12CaO·7Al2O3∶Pr3+(C12A7∶Pr3+)陶瓷,采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、电子扫描电镜(SEM)、激发光谱和发射光谱对样品的物相结构及发光性能进行了分析和表征。结果表明:C12A7∶Pr3+陶瓷样品的衍射峰与C12A7的JCPDS卡片的衍射峰数据一致,属于立方晶系。激发光谱分布在440~490 nm的波长范围内,主激发峰位于488 nm处;发射光谱为多发射峰,最大发射峰位于615 nm处,是典型的Pr3+的4f-4f和4f-5d激发产生能级跃迁导致的。随着Pr3+掺杂量的增加,发光强度先增强后减弱,当掺杂浓度为0.2 mol%时,在615nm处发射峰强度达到最大。Pr-doped 12CaO·7Al2O3(C12A7∶Pr3+) ceramics were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction method.The phase structure and luminescent properties of the powders were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scan electron microscope(SEM),excitation spectra and emission spectra.The results show that the diffraction peaks of prepared C12A7∶Pr3+ ceramic samples were the same as the JCPDS date of C12A7,which indicated the C12A7∶Pr3+ belongs to cubic system.The excitation spectra of C12A7∶Pr3+ is a multi-peak in the range of 440-490 nm and the strongest peak is at 488 nm.The emission spectra is also a multi-peak,the strongest peak is at 615 nm.It's ascribed to Pr3+ typical transition from 4f to 4f and 4f to 5d.Luminescence intensity increased firstly then reduced with Pr3+ doping concentration increasing.With the addition of 0.2 mol% Pr3+,the emission pesk intensity reached the maximum value at 615 nm.
