摘  要:以Ba(NO3)2和HfOCl2.8H2O为原料,KOH为矿化剂,乙醇/水作溶剂,Ce(NO3)3作为激活剂,在150-220℃和16-36 h的条件下,制备了掺杂Ce^3+的BaHfO3超微粒子。用XRD,SEM等手段表征了粒子合成过程的物相变化及形貌特征;用荧光光度计分析了样品的激发光谱和发射光谱。结果表明,在n(Ba)∶n(Hf)=1∶1,水热合成温度200℃,保温时间24 h,pH=13.5的条件下制备的BaHfO3∶Ce粒子分散性好,形貌近球形,粒径约52 nm。当掺杂Ce3+浓度为0.3 mol%时BaHfO3发光效果最佳。The BaHfO3∶Ce ultra-fine particles were prepared by C2H5OH/H2O mixed solvolthermal method,under 150-220 ℃ for 16-36 h using Ba(NO3)2 and HfOCl2·8H2O as raw materials,added KOH aqueous solution as precipitant and Ce(NO3)3 aqueous solution as activator.The phase transformation and the morphology of powders during preparation of BaHfO3∶Ce powders were studied by XRD and SEM.The excitation and emission spectra of samples were analyzed by the fluor-photometer.The results show that the powders are approximately spherical particles with even particle size of about 52 nm and good dispersibility under the condition of n(Ba)∶n(Hf)=1∶1,pH=13.5,treated at 200 ℃ for 24 h.The superior photoluminescence properties were obtained at dopping of 0.3 mol % Ce.
