摘　　要：目的探讨护理协调配合,保障特重度烧伤患者早期院外转运的安全。方法从围转运期的环节入手,通过对转运患者不安全因素进行预防性评估,实施规范护理流程,采取切实有效的措施,关注护理风险点,强调护理信息书面交接。结果 2005～2010年接诊转运特重度烧伤患者75例,顺利完成转运,患者及家属满意。结论院外急救转运作为抢救特重度烧伤早期患者的重要环节,给予专业、连续、优质的护理配合,可保障患者生命安全。Objective To explore how to coordinate together to ensure the safety in the outside hospital transportation of patients with severe burns.Method The key points in safe transportation of patients with severe burns were professional assessment,standardized process,paying attention to the key links of nurisng risks,and written handover of nursing records.Result All the 75 patients with severe burns were transported safely without death during transportation in the five recent years.Conclusion outside hospital transportantion is an important link in the first aid of patients with severe burns.Professional,continuous and high-quality nurisng coordination can ensure tha patients＇ safety and incresase patient satisfaction.
