复方大承气汤促进食管癌术后胃肠动力的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察复方大承气汤促进食管癌术后患者胃肠动力的效果并总结其护理经验。方法按入院时间查随机数字表将食管癌术后患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组经鼻肠管注入复方大承气汤150ml,对照组经鼻肠管注入药用糊精及生理盐水150ml;每日1次,连用3d后评价效果。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气排便时间均显著早于对照组,血浆胃动素含量显著高于对照组,而血管活性肠肽血浆含量低于对照组。结论复方大承气汤能有效促进食管癌术后患者的胃肠动力。Objective To evaulate the effect of Fufang Dachengqi Decoction on the postoperative gastrointestinal motility in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Sixty patients with esophageal cancer after surgery were randomly divided into two groups.One hundred and fifty ml of Fufang Dachengqi Decoction versus normal saline was infused through nasojejunal tube once a day for three days in the experimental group and control group,respectively.Results Compared with the control group,the recovery time of bowel sounds,time of first exhaustation and first defecation were significantly earlier in the experimental group.The level of plasma motilin was significantly higher while the level of plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide was significanlty lower in the experimental group.Conclusions Fufang Dachengqi Decoction can effectively promote postoperative gastrointestinal motility in patients with esophageal cancer.
