摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Yb3+和Er3+掺杂的GdA lO3荧光粉体。XRD结果表明样品为正交晶系结构。研究了不同波长激发下的室温发射光谱以及上转换发光光谱。结果表明样品在1550 nm处有很强的荧光发射,并且在样品中存在显著的Yb3+到Er3+之间的能量传递过程。980 nm红外光激发下的上转换发光光谱表明样品有绿色和红色上转换发光,红光的发光强度强于绿光发射,与379 nm激发下的光谱强度相反,这是由于两者的发光机制不同导致的。The Yb3+ and Er3+ co-doped GdAlO3 phosphor was prepared by the sol-gel method in this paper.The XRD result showed that the sample belonged to orthorhombic symmetry.The room temperature emission spectra and upconversion spectrum were investigated under different excitation wavelengths.The results showed that there were intense emissions around 1550 nm and the energy transfer from Yb3+ to Er3+ had been improved.There were green and red fluorescence under excitation wavelength of 980 nm,and the red fluorescence was more intense than the green one,comparing with the spectra excited at 379 nm,which might be due to the different fluorescence dynamics.
