摘 要:目的分析椎体支柱块联合椎弓根钉内固定治疗外伤性椎体压缩骨折的近期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年3月至2010年7月外伤性椎体压缩骨折患者13例共18个椎体,其中男5例,女8例,年龄35~68岁,平均52.3岁,均行椎弓根钉内固定及经伤椎单侧椎弓根支柱块植入椎体后膨胀手术治疗。采用疼痛比评分(VAS)评价临床疗效,行X线、CT检查观察椎体高度的恢复情况。结果随访6~12个月,平均9.8个月,术后即刻疼痛未见缓解,术后10d、3个月及6个月疼痛较术前明显缓解。上述同时间点X线及CT检查,椎体前缘高度较术前有显著改善,术后3、6个月随访时与术后10d比较高度无明显丢失。结论椎体支柱块联合椎弓根钉治疗外伤性椎体压缩骨折临床应用疗效满意。Objective To study the short - term effect of pillar vertebral spacer united vertebral pedicle screw system to cure vertebrae fractures. Methods From March 2009 to July 2010, 13 patients suffered from traumatic vertebral compression fracture underwent pillar vertebral spacer united vertebral pedicle screw system. Of them, there were 5 male cases and 8 female, their ages ranged from 35 to 68 years with an average of 52.3 years. All cases with 6 - 12 months ( average 9.8 months) of follow - up were evaluated, the pre/post - operative VAS scores and the height of the anterior vertebral bodies were recorded at various time points respectively. Results The pain of postoperative wasn' t relieved instantly, however, the pain was obviously alleviated after 10 days. At various time points, X -ray image and CT image showed a satisfacto^y position of pediele screw and pillar vertebral spacer. The height of anterior vertebral bodies was improved significantly after operation, the 3 months and 6 months follow - up both showed that there were no significant loss of height. Conclusions The short - term effect of pillar vertebral spacer united vertebral pedicle screw system with vertebrae fractures is excellent.
