摘  要:目的探讨孕期接触植物雌激素白藜芦醇(resveratrol,RES)对雄性仔鼠生长发育的影响。方法 SD大鼠(每组7~9只)妊娠第9~15天灌胃RES,分为对照组(蒸馏水)、RES(5、15、45 mg/kg)4个剂量组。观察RES对母鼠生产指标(产仔数、活产数、出生性别比、出生死亡率)、对雄性仔鼠出生指标(出生体重、肛殖距、身长、尾长、肛殖距/身长)及生理发育(张耳、长毛、出牙、开眼时间)的影响,称重60 d龄雄性仔鼠的肝脏、脑、睾丸、肾脏、胸腺进行比较。结果与对照组比较,RES各剂量组母鼠生产指标、雄性仔鼠出生及生理发育指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),肝脏、脑、睾丸、肾脏、胸腺重量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论本实验设计的剂量范围下,RES的雌激素样作用对雄性仔鼠的生长发育无不良影响。Objective To explore the adverse effects of resveratrol(RES)exposure during the gestation on the development of F1 male rats.Methods SD rats(7 to 9 rats in every group)were orally administered with RES at doses of 5,15,and 45 mg/kg by body weight respectively from the 9th day to 15th day after pregnancy.The effects on the productive indices of female rat(number born,number born alive,birth sex ratio,birth mortality)and birth indices(body length,tail length,anogenital distance and anogenital distance/body length ratio)as well as the early physiological development(pinna detachment,hair growth,tooth growth,eye opening)were detected.In addition,organ weights of liver,brain,testis,kidney,and thymus were also tested at the age of 60 days.Results All the differences in the productive indices of female rats and birth indices as well as the early physiological development of their offspring,and the organ weights of liver,brain,testis,kidney and thymus detected at the age of 60 days showed no statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusions Exposures to RES during gestation might not induce hazardous effects on the development of F1 male rats.
