摘 要:目的探讨孕期摄入植物雌激素白藜芦醇(resveratrol,RES)对雄性仔鼠生精功能的影响。方法 SD大鼠(每组7~9只)妊娠第9~15天RES灌胃,分对照组(蒸馏水)、RES(5、15、45 mg/kg)给药组。仔鼠90 d龄断头取血测睾酮,取睾丸和附睾称重,检测精子活动度和畸形率、附睾尾精子计数、睾丸每日精子生成量。结果与对照组比较,RES给药组精子活动度、附睾尾精子计数、精子畸形率、睾丸每日精子生成量及血清睾酮浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),病理学观察见RES各暴露组睾丸生精小管内各级生精细胞排列层次清晰,精子充盈管腔,与对照组无明显差异。结论孕期摄入RES对仔鼠生精功能无损伤作用。Objective To investigate the adverse effects on spermiogenesis function in F1 male rats after dams were administered with resveratrol(RES)during pregnancy.Methods Dams were orally administered with RES at doses of 5,15,45 mg/kg by body weights respectively at the 9th ∽ 15th day of pregnancy.Testosterone in blood,testis and epididymis weighs was detected,and sperm mobility,sperm deformity rates,sperm counts at the tail of the epididymis and testicular sperm production per day were determined when the F1 male rats were sacrificed at the age of 90 days.Results The differences in concentration of testosterone in serum and sperm motility in the testes,sperm deformity rates and sperm counts at the tail of the epididymis of F1 male rats between exposed and control groups were not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions There is no adverse effect of resveratrol on spermiogenesis function of F1 male rats after dams were administered with RES during pregnancy.
