Synthesis of 2-butoxyethyl acetate catalyzed by ionic liquid of 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium hydrosulfate

摘  要:在离子液体1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑硫酸氢盐[C4mim]HSO4催化下,以乙二醇单丁醚和冰乙酸为原料,合成了乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯。探讨了催化剂用量、物料配比、反应时间、带水剂等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明[C4mim]HSO4对合成乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯有着良好的催化活性,在催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的7%,乙二醇单丁醚11.8 g,乙二醇单丁醚、冰乙酸及带水剂环己烷的摩尔比为1∶3∶0.9,回流时间3 h的条件下产品收率达93.8%,且催化剂重复使用5次仍保持较高活性。产品经核磁定性分析,纯度经气相色谱分析大于99.0%。2-Butoxyethyl acetate was synthesized from ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and acetic acid with catalyst of 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium hydrosulfate.The influence of synthesis conditions on the yield was investigated.The results showed that 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium hydrosulfate exhibited excellent catalytic activity.Under the following conditions:dosage of catalyst 7% of total mass of reactants.amount of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether11.8g,molar ratio of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether,acetic acid and cyclohexane 1∶3∶0.9,refluxing time 3 h,the yield of 2-butoxyethyl acetate was up to 93.8%.The catalyst could be reused for five times without significant yield decline.Qualitative analysis of product was conducted by NMR.Purity of the product analyzed by GC was above 99.0%.
