针灸治疗肝郁脾虚型单纯性肥胖病并发痛经疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸治疗肝郁脾虚型单纯性肥胖病并发痛经的疗效。方法将102例肝郁脾虚型单纯性肥胖病并发痛经患者采用耳针体针结合施治,观察治疗前及治疗3个月后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、痛经症状积分的变化和疗效。结果针灸治疗3个月后,总有效率为95.1%。肝郁脾虚型患者治疗后临床各指标与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸疗法对肝郁脾虚型单纯性肥胖病并发痛经患者具有良好的治疗效果,同时具有减肥和镇痛的作用,且镇痛作用优于减肥疗效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on dysmenorrhea-comphcated simple obesity of liver depression and spleen deficiency type. Methods One hundred and two patients with dysmenorrhea resulting from simple obesity of liver depression and spleen deficiency type were treated with combined ear and body acupuncture. The symptoms, signs, obesity indices and dysmenorrhea score were observed in the two groups of patients before and after 3 months of treatment for the assessment of the therapeutic effects. Results The total efficacy rate in dysmenorrhea-complicated obesity was 95.1% after 3 months of acupuncture treatment. The clinical symptom indioes were significantly lower in the patients with dysmenorrheacomplicated simple obesity of liver depression and spleen deficiency type after 3 months of treatment than before （P〈0.05）. Coneluslon Acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on dysmenorrhea-complicated simple obesity of liver depression and spleen deficiency type. It produces both weight-reducing and pain-relieving effects. The latter effect is better than the former.
