摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗功能性早泄的疗效。方法采用针刺方法治疗功能性早泄48例,辨证分为肾气不固型与肝郁气滞型,并进行分型治疗。结果与结论48例患者总有效率为87.5%。观察提示年龄越大,疗效越差;病程越短,疗效越好;肝郁气滞型疗效与肾气不固型疗效比较差异无统计学意义。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on functional prospermia.Methods Forty-eight patients with functional prospermia were treated with acupuncture.The disease was classified into two types according to syndrome differentiation,insecurity of kidney qi and stagnation of liver qi,and treated according to the syndrome type.Results and conclusion The total efficacy rate was 97.5% in the 48 patients.It is suggested that the older the age,the poorer the therapeutic effect;the shorter the duration of disease the better the therapeutic effect.There was no statistically significant difference in the therapeutic effect between insecurity of kidney qi and stagnation of liver qi（P0.05）.
