针刺配合康复训练治疗中风偏瘫侧足内翻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合康复训练治疗中风偏瘫侧足内翻的临床疗效。方法将60例中风偏瘫侧足内翻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用单纯康复训练治疗,比较两组治疗前后痉挛程度、肢体运动功能及日常生活能力。结果治疗组治疗后Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分及日常生活能力积分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分及日常生活能力积分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后日常生活能力等级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合康复训练是治疗中风偏瘫侧足内翻一种有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of combined acupuncture and rehabilitation training in treating strphenopodia after stroke.Methods Sixty post-stroke patients with strephenopodia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 in each.The treatment group received combined acupuncture and rehabilitation training,and the control group received only rehabilitation training.The intensity of spasm,function of limbs and daily life activity were assessed before and after treatment in both groups.Result After treatment,the treatment group had significant improvement in evaluation of Ashworth index,Fugl-Meyer index and score of daily life activities（P0.01）;the comparison of Ashworth index,Fugl-Meyer index and score of daily life activities between the two groups also found significant differences（P0.01,P0.05）;the treatment group was superior to the control in comparison of the level of daily life activities（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined acupuncture and rehabilitation training is effective in managing strephenopodia after stroke.
