摘 要:研究了不同强度匹配下Nb-Cr X80钢手工焊环焊接头的低温韧性和韧脆转变温度,结果表明,在相同的试验条件,不同强度匹配下焊缝中心冲击功变化不大;对于同种强度,焊缝试验温度从-10~-40℃,冲击功随着温度的降低而明显降低,试验温度在-50~-60℃时,冲击功下降变化趋缓。通过实测和曲线拟合得出焊接接头的韧脆转变温度为:低强匹配(E9018焊条)焊缝为-52.4℃,HAZ为-41℃;等强匹配(E10018焊条)焊缝为-50.6℃,HAZ为-54.5℃;高强匹配(E11018焊条)焊缝为-49.2℃,HAZ为-32.5℃。This article studied the impact toughness and fracture apperance transition temperature of Nb-Cr X80 steel SMAW joints under different strength matching.The results indicated that under the same test condition,the impact energy value in weld center did not change obviously under different strength matching;But for the same strength matching,the test temperature was from-10 ~-40 ℃,the impact energy value reduced obviously along with the temperature reducing.When the test temperature was-50 ~-60 ℃,the impact energy value reduced slowly.The ductile-brittle transition temperatures were obtained through actual measurement and the curve fitting:With low strength matching(E9018 electrode) in weld the temperature is-52.4 ℃,in HAZ is-41 ℃.With the same strength matching(E10018 electrode) in weld the temperature is-50.6 ℃,in HAZ is-54.5 ℃.With high strength matching(E11018 electrode) in weld the temperature is-49.2 ℃,in HAZ is-32.5 ℃.
