摘　　要：采用对苯二甲酸二甲酯、聚乙二醇和乙二醇等为原料,通过酯交换和缩聚反应,合成了涤纶织物耐久性亲水抗静电剂PEE。将该PEE乳液(含固量10%)用于涤纶织物抗静电整理试验,得到优化工艺为:浸轧整理液30 g/L(二浸二轧,轧余率70%)→110℃烘干→150℃焙烘90 s。涤纶织物整理后的亲水性、抗静电性等均得到明显提高,经15次洗涤,仍具有抗静电效果。Durable hydrophilic antistatic agent PEE is synthesized by transesterification and polycondensation with dimethyl terephthalate, polyethylene glycol, ethylene glycol as raw materials. The optimal finishing process of polyester fabric with PEE emulsion （solid content 10%） is： padding finishing agent 30 g/L twice and pickup 70%, drying at 110℃, curing at 150℃ for 90 s. The finished fabric has excellent hydrophilic and antistatic properties and is durable to 15 launderings.
