防水透湿热熔复合织物生产因素的分析

摘　　要：热熔黏合防水透湿复合织物采用湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶为黏合剂,将防水透湿薄膜与织物层压复合而制得。文中对该产品的纤维材质、面料组织规格和表面特性、雕刻辊的规格和黏合工艺等生产因素,对复合织物黏合效果的影响进行了分析,指出了生产中常见问题,给出了解决方法。Waterproof and moisture permeable composite fabric is produced by laminating the waterproof and moisture permeable film and fabric with a moisture-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive. Effects of fiber composition, fabric specification and surface performance, engraved roller and bonding process on laminated fabric production are discussed.
