摘  要:平煤八矿戊9.10-12160孤岛面开采煤与瓦斯突出、冲击地压及二者耦合作用下的复杂矿井动力灾害成为掘进和回采过程中的重大安全隐患。为了减轻上部已赋存有外错尾巷的戊9.10-12160工作面机巷冲击与突出危险,利用FLAC数值模拟软件模拟应力分布状况并选择能使机巷处于外错尾巷卸压区域内的方案,经理论分析和现场实践检验该方案外错尾巷起到了能量释放的作用,预防突出和冲击地压效果较好,减少了执行防冲减突措施时间和费用。Numerical simulation is used to study stress variation on bolts and cables of three-crosshead- ing of longwall mining in different stages. The findings are: in mining process, the axial force of bolt in the erossheading is in a dynamic change, so the pre-tighten force should be compatible with mining response; the axial force of three straight bolts in the middle of roof increases, so less pre-tighten force should be used to achieve bigger axial force; the axial force variation of inclined bolts is relatively small, so more pre-tighten force should be enforced to achieve bigger axial force; as for two side crossheadings, axial force of the blots in the middle increases, so less pre-tighten force should be used, while the axial force variation of other bolts is small, so more pre-tighten force should be used; the axial force increase of middle cable is small and pre-tighten force should be bigger; the axial force variation of side cables is obvious and less pre-tighten force should be used.
