摘　　要：学分制的实施对高等学校实验室工作提出了新的要求,高等学校应当建立满足学分制的硬件条件(新的实验平台)和软件条件(实验室管理模式);实验室管理职能部门应当与时俱进,适时调整实验室工作思路,实现实验室管理工作的科学化、精细化和系统化。The implementation of the credit system of university laboratory work has made new demands.Universities should establish and meet the conditions of the credit system of the hardware（a new experimental platform） and software conditions（laboratory management）.Laboratory management functions should be advanced with the times,timely adjustment of laboratory work ideas,the realization of laboratory management in a more scientific,precise and systematic condition.
