摘　　要：农产品质量安全监管与溯源是各级政府关注的重点问题之一。迁安市紧密围绕辖区内主要农产品生产企业、生产基地、超市、集贸批发市场等的需求,利用网络技术、条码技术,选用MS SQL 2005数据库,以.NET3.0为框架,开发了农产品质量安全监管与溯源信息平台,促进了农业标准化生产,实现了对产地、生产、质检等环节的监管及溯源。通过平台的应用与推广,为迁安市农产品质量安全提供了有力保障。The supervision and traceability of agricultural products quality and safety is the focus of government.The information platform of the supervision and traceability of agricultural products quality and safety was designed by the research of agricultural production and circulation of Qin＇an,using the network techniques,bar code techniques,combining with the MS SQL 2005 database under the.NET3.0 framework,in order to promote the standardization of agricultural industry,and achieve quality safety supervision.Through the application and promotion of the platform,a powerful guarantee of agricultural food quality and safety were provided.
