摘　　要：加强独立学院图书馆管理队伍建设是独立学院自身发展和实现育人目标的要求。独立学院图书馆要以科学发展观为指导,完善队伍建设的各项措施,才能获得可持续发展。To strengthen human resources management of independent college library is important for the self-development and the achievement of education objectives.Guided by the Scientific Outlook on Development,independent college library should improve all the strategies of faculty team construction to obtain the sustainable development.
